EZPay & Lunch Accounts

The Little Miami School District uses EZPay to manage student lunch accounts and other transactions. Parents/guardians will need to visit the EZPay website to set up an account for the student or students in the family group. Parents/guardians will need to have the student's six-digit school identification number (lunch code) in order to set up the EZPay account. With EZPay, a credit card number is NOT required for monitoring purchase histories or account balances.

Check out the EZPay User Guide to get started. For more information, contact Food Service Director Rachel Tilford at (513) 899-5130.

Payments at the register

Cash and check payments are accepted at school. Elementary students should have money in an envelope with the student's name written on it. Lunch money should be turned in to the teacher or given to the cashier at breakfast. To keep lines moving, we do not give change back. Any surplus money will be added to a student's account for future purchase.

Charges

Elementary students are permitted three meal charges or up to $8.00. Once a student has reached a charge limit, he or she will be served a cheese sandwich with a fruit, vegetable and white milk.

Intermediate and junior high students are allowed two meal charges up to $8.00. Once a student student has reached a charge limit, he or she will be served a cheese sandwich with a fruit, vegetable and white milk.

High school students are allowed one meal charge and must bring the money the next day. Only one alternate meal of a cheese sandwich, a fruit and vegetable serving and white milk will be provided.

Families are responsible for negative balances due to charging.
