LMHS Theater presents 'Bad Auditions by Bad Actors' Nov. 6 & 7

Posted on: October 29, 2015

What do a dancer, a small-town girl and criminal on the lam have in common? They all want to be actors and a newbie casting director has to sort out the good from the very, very bad in the Little Miami High School Theater’s production of “Bad Auditions by Bad Actors,” Nov. 6-7.

A casting director has one day to find the leads for a community theater production of Romeo and Juliet. But what seems like a simple task proves to be impossible when the pool of actors includes extreme method actors, performers who just don't know what to do with their hands, and one particular woman who may or may not think she's a cat. This hilarious comedy will bring the audience to the last place they’d ever want to be — behind the doors of a casting session.

LMHS Theater Directors Ken and Tara Lydy and their cast will present performances on Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 in advance and may be purchased beginning Monday, Nov. 2 at Little Miami High School (students may purchase tickets at lunch.) Tickets will be $7 at the door.
