Little Miami Schools is excited to announce that Patrick Clark has been selected as the next Assistant Principal of the Little Miami Early Childhood Center (ECC).
Clark brings more than a decade of experience in education and leadership, most recently serving as Assistant Elementary Principal at Wayne Local Schools. During his tenure, he led efforts to restructure the district’s Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), implemented school-wide academic benchmarking tools, and guided staff in adopting the Science of Reading framework and Ohio’s dyslexia mandates.
“Becoming the next assistant principal at Little Miami ECC is both a privilege and a responsibility I take to heart,” Clark said. “Early childhood is such a foundational time in a child’s life, and I’m committed to supporting our students, staff, and families as we build a nurturing, joyful, and high-quality learning experience together.”
Clark holds two master’s degrees—from Western Governors University—in Educational Leadership and Curriculum & Instruction, as well as dual bachelor’s degrees in Music Education and Music Performance from Xavier University. His leadership style is rooted in data-informed practices, instructional coaching, and a strong commitment to student well-being.
Earlier in his career, Clark also taught general music at Little Miami Schools, making his return to the district a meaningful one and we are thrilled to welcome him back to Panther Nation.
