Holtkamp

Little Miami Schools is proud to announce that Maggie Holtkamp has been selected as the new Assistant Principal of Little Miami High School.

Holtkamp brings over a decade of experience in education and leadership, including her most recent role as Assistant Principal at Lebanon High School, where she oversaw special education services for grades 9–12 and led the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Holtkamp previously served as an intervention specialist and department chair, and also began her career in education at Little Miami High School.

“As I begin this next chapter at Little Miami High School, I’m excited to immerse myself in the culture, traditions, and spirit that make this community special,” Holtkamp shared. “Building strong, meaningful relationships is my priority, as I believe they are the foundation of a thriving school.”

Holtkamp holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Cincinnati. Her leadership strengths include data-driven decision making, student-focused planning, and building a positive school culture through collaboration.

“My goal is to be a consistent, compassionate, and solutions-oriented leader who serves as a valuable resource to students, staff, and families,” said Holtkamp. “I’m committed to fostering a school environment that is both academically rigorous and emotionally supportive—so we can grow and succeed together.”

Holtkamp is a Little Miami graduate. She lives in the district with her husband and two daughters, who attend Little Miami Schools.
