Seventh grade science students recently put together models of atoms and the results were definitely not Bohr-ing.

Students in Christine Krill's class recently created Bohr models of different atoms and compounds, using any type of material they could think of. That led to a model of sulfuric acid compound made of movie treats like popcorn, licorice and chocolate candies, or a model of good old H20 that looked an awful lot like Minnie Mouse.
