It is a case of the future getting a helping hand from the past.

The Little Miami Alumni Association awarded each of three LMHS graduating seniors a $750 scholarship Saturday night at the annual alumni dinner at Bel-Wood Country Club.

Seniors Mandy Schnetzer, Noah Frederick and Corenna Oeder will now continue their studies with help from other Little Miami grads.

She has also volunteered at area hospitals. Her parents are Sandra and Steven Schnetzer, both from the Little Miami class of 1982.

Noah Frederick plans to attend Ohio State University in the fall and study cellular and molecular biology. He has been active in marching band, National Honor Society and is an Eagle Scout. He has played basketball, soccer and track and field. His parents are Eileen and Charlie Frederick (LM class of 1986 and 1983).

Corenna Oeder will be attending Wilmington College majoring in business management this fall. She has been active in National Honor Society, 4-H and Women’s Empowerment Movement.
