A big carnival 'thank you!'

Posted on: May 16, 2016
From the LM PTO Carnival Co-Chairs:

This year’s spring “Around the World” PTO carnival was a great success! We received nothing but praise from staff, parents and students! With the nice weather; attendance was down a little but we still sold over 750 wristbands and estimate that over 2000 people were in attendance! Everyone had so much fun and the inflatables, cake walk and stuffed animals were a huge hit!

We send out a HUGE THANK YOU to all the Little Miami students, parents, volunteers, and our LM community businesses! Thank you for the awesome donations for the cake walk, raffle and vendor baskets and the silent auction items. Thank you to the LM Staff Members that volunteered their time setting up, selling wristbands and raffle tickets and volunteering on games. Thank you to Mrs. Duffy, Mrs. Reynolds and Mrs. Smith for supporting the PTO Carnival Committee and for being our official greeters! We could have not had the great success without all your help. It takes a village and our Little Miami one is a great one!

A special thank you goes out to our local businesses that are big supporters of ours: For games: Miles of Green, Hill’s Marital Arts and Agenter Orthodontics for the photo booth! To our awesome food providers: River’s Bend Skyline Chili, River’s Bend Papa Johns, River’s Bend Hot Head Burritos and new to the community, Anna’s Gourmet Popcorn.

To the PTO Carnival Committee:  Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort that you put into making the carnival such a great, fun and successful event! Your time and dedication over the past 4+ months is truly appreciated!

A huge thank you goes out to Mrs. Trevathan and the LMHS office and custodial staff! Thank you for all your help and support during the day!

If anyone is interested in chairing the 2017 Spring PTO carnival; please let us know. It is a very fun and rewarding experience!

Thank you again - it was a great night!
