Open house schedules for '19-'20
With just a few weeks left in the school year, Little Miami school leaders are looking ahead to the beginning of next year and scheduling open house events prior to the first day of school on Aug. 15, 2019.
This year’s open house schedule will provide more time options for families with busy back-to-school schedules.
For students in Grades K-4
Around mid-July, placement letters will be mailed to all students in grades K-4 with the name of their teacher and room number. This letter will also include a link to schedule a one-on-one conference with the teacher on one of two days, Aug. 12 and 13. These conferences will be between 12:30 and 4 p.m. on Aug. 12 and 11:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Aug. 13 to accommodate parent schedules. Preschool will also follow this schedule.
Little Miami Intermediate School
Open house will be held Aug. 13
- 1-2 p.m. and 5-6 p.m.: Grades 5/6, last names A-M
- 2-3 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.: Grades 5/6, last names N-Z
Little Miami Junior High
Open house will be held Aug. 12
- 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 5-6 p.m.: Grades 7/8, last names A-M
- 12:30-1:30 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.: Grades 7/8, last names N-Z
Little Miami High School
Open house will be held Aug. 14. Parents will be following an abbreviated version of their student’s schedule.
- Advisory 5-5:10 p.m. (pick up schedules)
- 1st Period: 5:13-5:21 p.m.
- 2nd Period: 5:24-5:32 p.m.
- 3rd Period: 5:35-5:43 p.m.
- 4th Period: 5:46-5:54 p.m.
- 5th Period: 5:57-6:05 p.m.
- 6th Period: 6:08-6:16 p.m.
- 7th Period: 6:19-6:27 p.m.
Beginning at 6:30 p.m., counselors will be having a meeting for any parents interested in knowing about high school graduation requirements and programming for students. An Activity Fair will also be held in the octagon. Meet the Team Night will begin at 7:15 p.m. at the stadium and will include a performance by the Little Miami Marching Band.
Little Miami will also host a District Welcome just for families who are new to the district on held Thursday, July 25 at 5 p.m. at Little Miami High School.
