Congratulations to the Little Miami Jr. High School November students of the month (l to r): Haley Fisher, Serena Machado, Annie Hagan, Anna Finkell, Anna Woodruff, Jadacie Ison, Kaitlyn Tyler. Front row, l to r, Sean Buschur and Tyler Shank.

The teachers at Little Miami Junior High School know a great student when they see one, and they want you to know about them, too!

LMJH educators recently nominated nine students to be honored as November students of the month. Here are the students and what their teachers had to say about them:

Haley Fisher (nominated by Ms. Lewis): Haley comes to class every day with a positive attitude and always gives 100% with every project. I admire her focus and drive to do her best.

Sean Buschur (nominated by Ms. Eckstein): Sean has come to class with a great attitude everyday.  He helps set up the class activity and tear down the activity whenever help is needed.  He is a great leader.

Serena Machado (nominated by Mrs. Niemesh): Serena is an extremely hard worker, comes to class with a smile on her face, and has a great attitude.   She is a new student to our school and a pleasure to have in class.

Annie Hagan (nominated by Mr. Ryan): Annie is a diligent student in Choir.  She is attentive in her demeanor and willing to ask and answer questions.  It is a pleasure to have her in class.

Anna Finkell (nominated by Mr. Smith): Anna always has a positive attitude and outlook.  She asks pertinent questions and goes the extra mile on everything!

Tyler Shank (nominated by Ms. Boulton): Tyler is a hard worker, polite, and respectful.  He comes to school ready to learn with a positive attitude.

Jadacie Ison (nominated by Ms. Fisher): She is a great student, always following directions and on task.  She is polite and follows school rules.

Anna Woodruff (nominated by Mrs. Puhl): Anna is a hard worker.  She always has her work completed and is very helpful to her peers.

Kaitlyn Tyler (nominated by Ms. Ricketts): Kaitlyn is a new student to Little Miami Schools this year. Her transition into the junior high environment has been a smooth one. Kaitlyn gives 110% to her academics while she is in school during the day and when she goes home to study at night. Her efforts have paid off! Kaityln received all A’s and one B during the first quarter! Great job Kaitlyn!

These students will have a pizza party with the principal on Wednesday, Dec. 7.
