Email has been updated to a new version of Exchange. When you click the link, you will see a new login box. It is no longer necessary to put in the lmsd before your name. You will only need to enter your username ie: firstinitiallastname and then your password.
You now have the option of using the full web version or choosing a light version of Outlook Web. Both versions will look different than what you are used to seeing. The full version has many new features. If you prefer your email to work more similarily to what you are used to, then check the light version box before logging in. If your preference is the lighter version, you will always need to check the lighter version option whenever logging in as the default is the full web version of Outlook.
