CLOSED The Superintendent and/or Transportation Director will make every effort to notify radio and television stations of closings by 6:00 A.M. The decision will ultimately be determined by the weather, and on occasion later announcements or changes may be necessary.
EARLY DISMISSAL The Superintendent and/or Transportation Director will make any decision necessary regarding early dismissal. After the decision is made, drivers will be assembled as quickly as possible and students will be taken home in the following order:
1. Secondary Students
2. Elementary Students
DELAYS The Superintendent and/or Transportation Director will make necessary decisions regarding the delay of school. School delays are 90 minutes. Morrow and Butlerville A.M. Kindergartners will be dismissed at 12 noon and the P.M. classes will begin at 1:15 p.m. Maineville A.M. Kindergarten will be dismissed at 12:40 p.m. and the P.M. class will arrive at 1:55 p.m. Kindergarten Annex A.M. classes will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m. and P.M. classes will arrive at 1:50 p.m. There will be NO one hour or two hour delays. A.M. preschool classes will be cancelled with P.M. classes on their regular schedule.
