Payment in Lieu of Transportation

Ohio Revised Code allows a Board of Education to make payment in lieu of transportation†where it is impractical to transport a student. For the 2007-08 school year, Little Miami Local Schools will†not be transporting students to the school districts listed†below†because it is impractical to do so. Rather, Little Miami will offer reimbursement†for†students attending the following schools:

Hope Academy
Lebanon Christian Academy, 7th and 8th grade students located at Urbancrest Baptist Church only
Liberty Bible Academy
Montessori Academy of Cincinnati
St. Susanna
Children's Meeting House, Loveland

†For 1/2 Day Kindergarten

Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy
Lebanon Christian
St. Francis Desales
St. Margaret of York

If you would like to request payment in lieu of transportation, please contact Kathy Bullock, Transportation Supervisor, at 899-2941 by October 5, 2007.
