Fraction Test

Math Test

All students will retake the fraction math test. Test grades on a whole, were not very good. Usually in this class, a large majority of the grades are A's and B's. We will retake it on Friday, May 2nd. The last 4 questions related to fractions of a group. Obviously, I need to do more in class instruction. No spelling test or reading comprehension test next week

For the week of April 21 to April 25 we will not have a spelling or reading comprehension test. We will spend quite a bit of time on our research projects in class. I am sure that you have noticed that the format of our math timed tests has changed. With Rocket Math, students can practice in small groups and it is so much easier to manage and keep track of. Iowa Tests to be given the week of April 14th.

Valentine Holders

We will make valentine holders for valentines here at school. Some students want to make a special box at home and that is fine but, not necessary.
