Consequences for infractions:

1. Verbal Warning
2. 1st step (visual warning)
3. 2nd step (visual warning) and thinking spot
(Positive behavior reinforcement form completed by student and teacher.)
4. 3rd step (visual warning)
behavior referral form filled out
teacher directed activity during recess time
5. Teacher will call parents if child has 5 behavior referrals filled out or has 5 infractions in one day. (Continued minor infractions become major infractions after 5.)
Students will start fresh each day.
When 5 behavior referrals have been accumulated, an office visit will occur.
A major infraction requires an office visit.
Students will start fresh after an office visit.
