Health Services and Immunization

7th Grade Mumps, Measles, Rubella Immunization Law

The Ohio Department of Health recently revised the School Immunization Requirements to include a second dose of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccines before the student enters seventh grade. Therefore, any child entering seventh grade will need to show proof of having received this second dose before they can return to school.

If you have any questions regarding the new requirement, please contact the school nurse, or the Warren County Health Department (933-1463). The immunization clinic is at the Lebanon office of the Health Department, 416 South East Street.

Health Services

A school nurse is available part-time each day, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Any student who feels ill must obtain a hall pass from the classroom teacher and report to the nurses' office or the main office. If a student is too ill to remain at school, parents will be called by the nurse, secretary or principal and an early dismissal pass will be issued to the student.
