Conduct Code - Additional Violations

Violations of the Following Rules will be handled as a Major Violation
1. A student shall not engage in any form of gambling. 2. A student shall not possess items such as toy guns, water pistols, bean shooters, whistles, or similar articles. 3. A student shall not use any but his/her assigned locker. 4. A student shall not forge his/her parent's signature for any reason. 5. A student shall not lie to any staff member. 6. A student shall not loiter in the halls, restrooms or unsupervised areas of the school building or property at anytime. Shoving, tripping, pushing, etc. will not be tolerated. 7. A student shall refrain from running in the halls or throwing any objects while in the building. 8. A student shall not be in any unauthorized area without official permission. 9. A student shall not sleep in class. 10. A student shall not groom in class or in the lunchroom. 11. A student shall not engage in any type of conduct not specifically set forth in this code which has the effect of, or potential for, disrupting the educational process of other students. 12. No student shall be in the halls during a class period without a pass. 13. Students may not come to the school or guidance office during any class time unless they have a special pass from their teacher, or have been summoned with a special pass from one of those offices. 14. Students are to enter the school building as soon as they arrive on school property, regardless of how they are traveling. 15. Students are not permitted back outside after arrival until the end of the school day. 16. All posters and banners hung in connection with school activities must be in good taste. All other posters, announcements and banners must be approved by the principal. 17. Other than classroom, library, office, and guidance materials, any published or printed materials will be composed, printed and distributed under the appropriate activity sponsor's supervision. Any non-school material to be distributed at school (including on the buses) must be approved by the principal before distribution. 18. Students are not permitted to sell anything on school premises or on the buses unless as part of a school sponsored activity.
