Dear 6^th and 7^th Grade Parents and Students,

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Little Miami Junior High. This is a very exciting time in your child's life and the staff and I here at the Junior High love to see that excitement. The staff and I value the family/school relationship necessary to work together to help our students reach the high expectations that have been set for the year ahead. We are dedicated to helping your child reach his/her fullest potential. The activities that we have planned for this year will ensure that every child receives the highest level of education that we can provide.

You and your child will be able meet the teachers, also obtain a copy of their schedule and tour the building during the open house.(click here to see schedule) During open house, parents will be asked "to pay all school fees (which are $65)", and complete all of the necessary paperwork for the 2010-2011 school year. As you arrive for the open house please first make your way to the designated areas and then out into the building.

We enter the 2010-2011 school year with very unique financial challenges. These challenges do not dampen our excitement for the 2010-2011 school year. Our staff remains committed to working continuously to provide the best experiences possible. In November, our district will have a levy on the ballot. Please feel free to ask any one of us how you may get involved in getting the word out. Together "We Can And We Will" make this a great year!
