As school districts around the state of Ohio begin the spring testing season, it's a good time to remember that this time -- on top of all of the other things going on in our lives -- can be stressful for students, parents and teaching staff alike.
Little Miami will host a special session on Coping with Stress in the Modern World on Monday, March 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the LMHS auditorium. The session will be presented by Barbara Adams Marin and Lisa Daniel who both work at Solutions Community Counseling and Recover Centers.
The presentation will include information on how stress affects the body and brain, coping strategies and ways to help children deal with school-related stress, test anxiety and senior angst.
The session is free and open to the public. View the flier for more information.
