High School Addition

The metal roof is 100% complete. Windows and Storefronts are completed, with the exception for material and equipment access. Second floor fireproofing for East Classroom Wing (Area B) was completed on February 20th. Non-Load Bearing CMU Walls are 99% complete. 1st floor MEP above ceiling rough-ins for the North and East Classroom Wings (Areas A & B) are 90% complete. 2nd floor MEP above ceiling rough-ins for the North and East Classroom Wings (Areas A & B) are 40% complete. Light Fixtures for the Multi-Purpose Room (Area C) were installed on February 21st. The air-handling unit for the MP Room will be operational on March 13th.

Junior High School

1st floor above ceiling rough-ins are 60% complete. Roof trusses for the gym (Area B) are completed. Roof trusses for Cafeteria (Area A) are 90% complete. Roofers mobilized the week of March 10th to start roof installation on March 17th. The Kitchen's (Area A) slab-on-grade was poured on March 12th. Brick will begin March 17th at the Gym (Area B). Truss Bearing Walls for the South Classroom Wing (Area D) were completed March 12th. Roof Trusses will start for the South Classroom Wing the week of March 24th.

Intermediate School

The school board approved bids March 4. The bids came in under budget by $1.2 million. Mobilization will start the week of March 17th. Underground utilities and footer/foundations are scheduled to begin the week of March 24th.
