High School Addition

Metal Roof is 100% complete. Windows and Storefronts are completed, with the exception for material and equipment access. 1st floor fireproofing for East Classroom Wing (Area B) was completed on February 8th. 2nd floor fireproofing for East Classroom Wing (Area B) is scheduled to be complete on February 20th. All Non-Load Bearing CMU Walls are scheduled to be complete on February 22nd. 1st floor MEP above ceiling rough-ins for the North and East Classroom Wings (Areas A & B) are 80% complete. 2nd floor MEP above ceiling rough-ins for the North and East Classroom Wings (Areas A & B) are 30% complete. Light Fixtures for the Multi-Purpose Room (Area C) was delivered on February 18th and are scheduled for installation on February 20th. The flooring for the Multi-Purpose Room (Area C) is scheduled to start around mid March.

Junior High School 1st floor above ceiling rough-ins are 100% complete in the Locker Rooms (Area B). Roof trusses for the gym (Area B) are completed. Roof trusses for Cafeteria (Area A) are scheduled for delivering completion on February 20th and scheduled for installation on February 22nd. Pre-Cast Planks were set on February 18th for Mechanical Rooms in the Administrative Office (Area C) and Cafeteria (Area A). 1st floor MEP above ceiling rough-ins are complete in South Classroom Wing (Area D). Slab-on-Deck was poured on February 7th for North Classroom Wing (Area C). 1st floor MEP above ceiling rough-ins are 20% complete in the North Classroom Wing (Area C). 2nd floor Load Bearing CMU Walls are 60% in South Classroom Wing (Area D).

Intermediate School

Notice to Proceed will be issued to all Contractors on March 5th. Construction for the Intermediate School will begin shortly after.
