High School Addition

Brick, roofing and windows have all been completed. 1st floor fireproofing for East Classroom Wing (Area B) started on January 28th and is scheduled for completion on February 8th. 2nd floor fireproofing for East Classroom Wing (Area B) started on February 4th with completion scheduled on February 20th. Above ceiling rough-ins are to follow the fireproofing in the East Classroom Wing (Area B). HVAC ductwork and piping rough-ins are 15% complete in the North Classroom Wing 2nd Floor (Area A). Above ceiling pumping rough-ins are 70% complete in the North Classroom Wing 2nd Floor (Area A). Light Fixtures are scheduled to start installation on February 18th in the Multi-Purpose Room (Area C). The flooring for the Multi-Purpose Room is scheduled to start at the beginning of March.

Junior High School 1st floor above ceiling rough-ins are 100% complete in the Locker Rooms (Area B). Roof trusses installation for the gym (Area B) began on January 31st and are scheduled for completion on February 8th. CFinal bid documents were submitted to the printer on January 18th. 1st Advertisement was on January 18th, and 2nd Advertisement was January 21st. The pre-bid meeting was held at The Quandel Group's office January 31st. The bid for the Intermediate School is at 1 p.m. on February 14th at The Quandel Group' office. MU truss bearing walls are completed in the cafeteria (Area A), and roof truss installation for the cafeteria (Area A) will start after the gym roof trusses are completed. 2nd floor CMU bearing walls are 25% completed for the South Classroom Wing (Area D). Above ceiling rough-ins are 60% complete for 1st floor South Classroom Wing (Area D). Slab-on-Deck for the North Classroom Wing (Area C) is scheduled to pour on February 7th, and the Kitchen Slab-on-Grade is scheduled to pour on February 8th.

Intermediate School

Final bid documents were submitted to the printer on January 18th. 1st Advertisement was on January 18th, and 2nd Advertisement was January 21st. The pre-bid meeting was held at The Quandel Group's office January 31st. The bid for the Intermediate School is at 1 p.m. on February 14th at The Quandel Group' office.
