High School Addition

First Floor concrete masonry load bearing walls in Area A (North Classroom Wing Addition) was completed on September 18th, followed by the start of bar joists and decking on September 20. Slab on Deck in Area A is scheduled to be poured on October 5th. Second Floor concrete masonry load bearing walls will start after Slab on Deck is installed. In Area B (East Classroom Wing Addition), the Concrete Slab was poured on September 14th. First Floor concerte masonry walls are scheduled to complete on October 2nd. Bar Joists and Decking will follow the Load Bearing Walls, allowing the Slab on Deck to schedule to placement on October 12th.

Junior High School

Footers & Foundations in Area B (Gymnasium/Locker Rooms) & Area D (Classrooms) are complete. First Floor Exterior concrete masonry load bearing walls in Area B & Area D are 90% complete. Under Slab Plumbing start September 24th and is scheduled to be complete by October 12th in Area B & Area D. Footer and Foundations in Area A (Cafeteria/Kitchen) & Area C (Classroom/Administration) are 25% complete. First Floor Exterior concrete masonry load bearing walls are scheduled to start week of October 8th.

Intermediate School

Rough Grading is 100% complete. The Building Pad is at proper elevation, and the Underground Sanitary is 100% complete to the Building Pad. Underground Storm is 25% complete. All trees have been removed, and the Retention Pond is completed. Final Grading for the site work should start within 3 weeks.
